Custom Works: Refunds for custom projects are handled as follows:
- If we have not started your custom project yet, you can request a refund, and we will provide a full refund.
- If we have started the project but have not delivered it to you within the agreed-upon timeframe, you can request a refund, and we will provide a 50% refund. Once you receive the project file, refunds will not be offered. Please note that customization services and installation services are subject to separate terms and conditions and may not be eligible for refunds.
