Configuring Settings

Form Builder offers various settings to customize and optimize the functionality of the module. You can access these settings through the module’s menu. Follow the steps below to configure the settings:

Step 1: Accessing the Settings Page

  1. Log in to your WHMCS admin area.
  2. Navigate to the top menu of the Form Builder module.
  3. Locate and click on the “Settings” option. This will direct you to the Settings page.

Step 2: Configuring Module Other Languages

  1. In the Settings page, you will find the “Module Other Languages” field. This option allows you to select additional languages for the module, excluding the WHMCS main language.
  2. Click on the drop-down menu and choose the desired language from the available options.
  3. You can select multiple languages if needed by holding down the Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac) key while making your selections.

Step 3: Enabling Friendly URLs

  1. Scroll down to the “Friendly URLs” section in the Settings page.
  2. To enable friendly URLs for your forms, locate the “Friendly URLs” option.
  3. If you wish to use friendly URLs, change “Friendly URLs” to “Enabled” position. If you prefer to keep the standard URLs, leave the switch in the “Disabled” position.

Step 4: Setting a Custom Friendly URLs Prefix

  1. If you have enabled friendly URLs in the previous step, you will see the “Friendly URLs Prefix” field.
  2. Enter your desired custom prefix for the URL in the provided text box. This prefix will be added to the form URL.
  3. Make sure to choose a unique and descriptive prefix that represents your forms.

Step 5: Saving the Settings

  1. After configuring the desired settings, scroll to the bottom of the page.
  2. Locate the “Save” button and click on it to save your changes.
  3. A confirmation message will appear indicating that the settings have been successfully saved.

Congratulations! You have successfully configured the settings in Form Builder. The module will now use the chosen additional languages, enable or disable friendly URLs, and apply the custom URL prefix according to your preferences.
